The rules for using this site and the things you download from it. Short, and written to be read.
This site is cocoalines.online, operated as Cocoa Lines, an independent studio making printable coloring pages. Contact: agent.atelier@yahoo.com.
Operator of record: Andrei Repnikov, Astana, Kazakhstan. Cocoa Lines is the trading name under which he publishes and licenses this artwork.
Paid packs are sold through Gumroad, Inc., which acts as the seller of record for those transactions — see Buying a pack.
Using the site, downloading a free sheet or buying a pack means you accept these terms and the licence. If you do not accept them, the site is still free to read, but please do not download anything.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live in order to buy. Younger visitors are welcome to print the free sheets with a parent or teacher.
Free sheets are provided as printable PDFs, at no charge, with no account and no email required. They are licensed for personal and single-group printing under the licence, and they carry a small footer line identifying the site.
We may add, change, retire or re-draw free sheets at any time. Files you have already downloaded stay yours to print.
Paid packs are sold through Gumroad. Gumroad, Inc. acts as the seller of record: it takes the payment, applies and remits VAT and sales tax where they are due, issues the receipt and hosts your download library. Gumroad’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that part of the transaction, alongside these terms.
If a listing is published with an obviously wrong price or description, we may cancel the order and refund it in full rather than fulfil it.
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape wholesale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its files. Do not use the site to distribute anything unlawful, and do not misrepresent your relationship with Cocoa Lines.
What you may do with the artwork itself is governed entirely by the licence, which is the document that matters most on this site.
All artwork, text, layout, code and the Cocoa Lines name and mark belong to Cocoa Lines and are protected by copyright and related rights. Buying a pack buys a licence to use the sheets, not ownership of them.
The email box on this site sends you to Gumroad, where following the shop is what actually subscribes you. We use it to announce new collections and packs. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and leaving costs you nothing — your free downloads keep working.
The site is hosted by a third party and is provided as it is, without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Pages, prices, packs and free sheets can change or disappear without notice. A pack you have already bought remains in your Gumroad library regardless.
The site links out to Gumroad, Pinterest and other places, and loads fonts from Google Fonts. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. What each one receives is described in the privacy policy.
The sheets are supplied for enjoyment. We do not promise a particular printing result on a particular printer, paper or reader, and colouring is not offered as a medical or therapeutic treatment.
To the extent the law allows, the site and the files are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
To the extent the law allows, Cocoa Lines is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or the cost of paper and ink. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the pack in question — nothing, in the case of a free sheet.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms can be updated. The date at the top of the page shows when they last were. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the new version; a change never applies retrospectively to a pack you have already bought.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and disputes not settled by agreement go to the courts of Astana, Kazakhstan.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you may bring proceedings there. Where Gumroad is the seller of record for a purchase, its own terms also apply to that transaction.
