LICENCE

The short version

Print it as much as you like, for yourself and the people around you. Do not sell it, do not give away the files, do not put it on a mug and list it. If you want to do something bigger, ask — the answer is usually yes.

What you may do

• Print as many copies as you want, on any printer, at home or at a print shop.
• Colour them, frame them, hang them, give a coloured original to a friend.
• Photograph or scan a page you have coloured and post it anywhere — Instagram, Pinterest, a blog, a competition. A credit to cocoalines.online is appreciated, never demanded.
• Print sheets for your own children, students, patients or residents (see the group limits below).
• Keep the files on your own devices and backups for as long as you like.

What you may not do

• Sell the files, or the printed uncoloured sheets, in any form — not on Etsy, Amazon KDP, eBay, Gumroad, Teachers Pay Teachers, a market stall, or anywhere else.
• Give the files away, share a download link publicly, or upload them to another site, group, cloud folder, Telegram channel or file host. Link to the page on this site instead — that is always allowed.
• Put the artwork on physical or print-on-demand products: mugs, shirts, cards, stickers, fabric, wall art, colouring books.
• Bundle it into your own product, course, membership, freebie or lead magnet.
• Claim the artwork as your own, remove the footer line from a free sheet, or register it — or anything derived from it — as your trademark.
• Feed the files into a dataset used to train or fine-tune an image model, or resell them as “AI-ready line art”.

Colouring a sheet does not create a new work you own. The underlying drawing stays ours; your colours are yours, and the two travel together under this licence.

Free sheets

The free sheets are licensed for personal printing and for use inside a single classroom or group session. They carry a small Cocoa Lines · cocoalines.online line at the foot of the page. That line must stay on the sheet — it is how people find where the page came from, and it is the price of the sheet being free.

You may point anyone at the download page. You may not host the PDF yourself, mirror it, or email it out in bulk.

Paid packs and group printing

Paid packs come with no footer line, and with the right to print up to 30 copies of any sheet inside one group — one classroom, one therapy or support group, one library programme, one care home, one club. You may hand those copies out to the people in that group.

The licence belongs to one buyer. It does not cover a whole school, district, hospital, chain or company, and it does not cover forwarding the files to colleagues so that they can print their own. If two teachers want the pack, the honest options are two purchases or one extended licence.

Bigger and commercial uses

These are all possible and all cheap to arrange — they simply need a written licence, which we will send by email:

• School-wide, district-wide, hospital-wide or company-wide printing.
• Sheets included in a product you sell — a magazine, a kit, a restaurant kids’ menu, a hotel welcome pack, a conference bag.
• Use in advertising, packaging or branding.
• A commissioned set drawn to your brief, where the licence is written into the commission.

Ownership and enforcement

Cocoa Lines owns the artwork, the site design and the name. Nothing on this page transfers ownership; it grants permission to use, and that permission ends if the terms above are broken.

If you find our sheets being resold or given away somewhere, telling us is genuinely helpful — it is the main way we find out.
