REFUNDS

The short version

Free sheets cost nothing, so nothing here applies to them — if one will not print, write to us and we will fix the file.

When we refund

• The download will not open, is corrupted, or is missing sheets.
• The pack is materially different from what the shop page said — fewer scenes, wrong sizes, wrong theme.
• You were charged twice, or bought the same pack twice.
• You bought the wrong pack and have not used it.
• The payment was not made by you. Tell us immediately and we refund and cancel the download.

In the first two cases we would rather fix the file first — usually within a day — but the refund stays available if the fix does not satisfy you.

When we usually do not

• You downloaded and printed the whole pack and then decided colouring is not for you.
• Your printer produced pale, cropped or streaky pages. Write to us instead — this is nearly always a settings problem and we can talk you through it.
• You wanted a different theme. We will happily swap you to another pack of the same price rather than refund.
• Repeat requests from the same buyer across several packs.

None of this overrides the statutory rights described below.

How to ask

Email agent.atelier@yahoo.com with:

• the Gumroad receipt number or the email address you paid with,
• the name of the pack,
• one line about what went wrong.

No form, no reason required beyond that line. We reply within three business days and either fix it or issue the refund.

How long the money takes

Payments are processed by Gumroad, which is the seller of record for every paid pack. Once a refund is issued, Gumroad returns it to the original card or PayPal account. Cards usually show it in 5–10 business days; PayPal is often faster. The delay is the bank’s, not ours, and we cannot speed it up.

A refunded pack is removed from your Gumroad library, and the licence to use those sheets ends with it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here reduces rights you have by law. Consumers in the EU and the UK normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase — but for digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost once the download starts, if you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss at checkout. Gumroad’s checkout collects that consent, which is why an instant download is instant.

If you believe you have a statutory right to a refund that this policy does not cover, say so in your email and we will honour it.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee on top of the refund and takes weeks to resolve, while an email takes a day and ends the same way. We have never refused a reasonable request.
