Plain copier paper is fine for pencils. Markers need at least 100 gsm, ideally 120, or the colour comes through onto the next sheet.
Economy and draft settings thin the lines until alcohol markers escape through them. Print these at normal quality, black ink only.
Most sites that promise free printable coloring pages want an email address, then send a low-resolution JPEG that prints soft and grey. This page is the opposite arrangement. Each sheet below is a proper single-page PDF at 300 dpi. You click it, it downloads, and that is the entire transaction.

Set the printer to “Actual size” or “Fit to page” rather than “Scale to fit media”, use plain paper of at least 100 gsm if you plan to use markers, and turn off any “economy” or “draft” mode — it thins the lines to the point where alcohol markers escape through them.
